These terms apply when you use the School Holidays Sorted website, run by School Holidays Sorted (“we”, “us”). By using the site, you agree to them.

1. What we do

School Holidays Sorted lists school holiday programs, activities and vacation care run by other organisations. We're not a child care provider, and we don't employ or supervise the people who run the programs listed.

2. Listing information

• Listings come from providers themselves and from information providers have published elsewhere, such as their own websites.
• We work to keep listings accurate and up to date, but dates, times, prices, availability and Child Care Subsidy status can change without notice. Always confirm with the provider before booking.
• A listing is not a recommendation. Before choosing a program, check that it suits your child, including the provider's supervision, qualifications, insurance and Working With Children Check arrangements.
• Prices shown are the provider's price as we last saw it. Your actual vacation care fee depends on your Child Care Subsidy entitlement.

3. Bookings and payments

Bookings, payments, cancellations and refunds are between you and the provider, under the provider's own terms. We're not part of that arrangement and don't take payments for programs.

4. Featured listings and advertising

Some providers may pay for featured placement, and the site may show sponsored content from other businesses. Paid placements and ads are always clearly labelled. Paying doesn't change the information we show about a program, and it isn't an endorsement.

5. If you're a provider

• You must be authorised to list the program, and the information you give us must be accurate and kept up to date.
• You give us permission to publish your program details, name, logo and photos you send us on the site and in related promotion of the site.
• We check submissions before publishing and may edit them for clarity or consistency, or decline or remove a listing.
• We may list programs you've published publicly before you've contacted us. You can ask us to update or remove your listing at any time using the listing form or by emailing hello@schoolholidayssorted.com.au.

6. Using the site

Please don't misuse the site, for example by submitting false listings, trying to break its security, or copying large parts of its content for another service. The site's design and content belong to us or are used with permission.

7. Links to other sites

We link to providers' websites so you can find out more and book. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content or practices.

8. Our responsibility

Nothing in these terms excludes any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that can't be excluded. Otherwise, to the extent the law allows:

• the site is provided “as is”, and we don't guarantee that listings are complete, accurate or current;
• we're not responsible for programs run by providers, or for any loss, injury or cost arising from them; and
• our liability for anything to do with the site is limited to resupplying the service.

9. Privacy

Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal information.

10. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms and will show the date at the top. These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales.
